Texas Alloys and Metals Company was established in Houston, Texas in the early 1950's as a manufacturer of Tungsten Carbide products to be used in the oil and gas drilling industry. In 1962 Charles and Tommie Alexander, the company's founders relocated to the small East Texas Town of Timpson to raise a family and it was there the company would be incorporated and renamed Timpson Tamco Inc. Now over 60 years later, we are proud to provide the highest quality Tungsten carbide products available to our customers. We serve a multitude of industries including drilling, farrier, mining and earth moving.
