I'd give this place 3 stars ONLY because of atmosphere. The building did seem to be under renovation HOWEVER. That being said the service and food were actually really good! We have no complaints...

If you can get past the overbearing scent of dirty ashtrays and stale cigarette smoke, rampant political cultism and outdated furniture and presidents, this place serves a fairly decent burger....
