I've rated the apartment complex a 3 because I love the location, love the apartment layouts but the management has much to be desired. In the year that I've lived here I've had 3 major incidents...

Only for people who wanted to waste money and be punished by their management. Many hidden fees, even rents with transaction fee. But if you have lots of money, it would be convenient place...

It's a great place to live very clean very quiet family oriented they always have things for the kids to do they have a thing called the kids grub where from 3:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday...

This place is absolute trash! Roaches and mice everywhere, they get paid by tow trucks to pick your car up from your own reserved spot, never do renovations & won't fix things that have been broken
