Brian is the most rude employee I have ever came acros. I came to drop off a package and was wrongfully accused of leaving the door open and he fallowed me outside just to scream at me ab it.

The big set man with the red mole on his face is passive aggressive and rude. If I could be guaranteed he wouldn't be there I'd definitely come to this ups more often but I do anything to avoid...
