Worst customer service ever. They definitely need customers training ... they guy their thinks he owns the store. Don't understand if you don't like to deal with people then you need to move on...

The people are awesome , very friendly and helpful. The cost of shipping is beyond outrageous. I buy stamps here, not much else.
