This experience wasn't as smooth. Also it took forever to print & fax something due to problems with their printer. The fax recipient also said two pages were dark? I paid $14.73!!! It should have...

I will never use UPS again. Took a letter & Cashier Check to send. Charged $65 to have it there by noon the next day. showed it was picked up & scanned. Then showed delivery by 10:30 a.m....

Unbelievable, I was returning a box to Amazon. I just didn't have to box taped so they were going to charge me a dollar to put a piece of tape on it. Shaking my head.

It used to be wonderful but the last two times I've been in it's been dreadful!! Don't waste your time go somewhere else where they want your business!
