This is the second time that we are staying here. Always friendly staff and very clean rooms. The location is great as well.

This hotel has no bathroom counter. The bathroom is cute but please you just cant get ready and theres nowhere to put anything. I was traveling alone for business so i couldnt imagine sharing this...

Decaf only in room coffee selection is the most infuriating thing EVER. Is this an April fools joke? Royal Sonesta? More like Royal sucks-Esta. 55/valet or self park for 3.75/hr overnight.

I used to love this hotel. This visit was a nightmare. Understaffed and incompetent is being kind. They were to set up the sofa bed when they did not have the booked double for our sons....
