Stopped into Proletariat in Galveston during a family day at Dickens on the Strand, and it ended up being a great spot to take a break from the festival. The place had a lively, cozy vibe that fit...

The Proletariat is a well sized bar and offers tasty drinks. It also has a decent variety of board games. The food is mid though; I recommend eating before you come.

Love this place!! Great service, interesting events. Wonderful tea selection. Enjoyed all of the above twice on the same weekend.

Great coffee, fun atmosphere., reasonably priced. Would definitely go again!! Kids liked it as well.
