This review is for the management team. I am a Realtor in Austin and this property management is leaps and bounds better than any other that I've worked with! They are so incredibly responsive...

Don't live at these apartments unless you're prepared to have your water shut off 1-3 times per week. Sometimes it's scheduled and sometimes they surprise you and you wake up and there's no water....

Once again, new management has destroyed a wonderful property. Want warm running water? Nah! Working lights on your stoop? Nah! No trash or dog poo everywhere? Nahhh! But kids from the housing...

This is an awesome area, you cannot beat living in 78704. Mostly friendly neighbors and a great sense of community. However; the neighbors and community have been the only thing keeping me here...
