I believe Jason was my sales rep (both people helping me had J names). The salesman was cocky and condescending. Their product seems over priced. Would not go back.

high pressure sale tactics, did not listen to my needs, paid more attention to other customers Sales rep was caught squeezing shoes to fit in a back room. Trial inserts hurt, never again

I asked my podiatrist if he thought I should go to the Good Feet Store and he said to avoid it like the plague. I went anyway because I was desperate. What a ripoff. This place is a pure scam....
