It had been a long time since I'd had catfish. This food truck makes excellent fish, hushpuppiesand fries. The tartar sauce was excellent. If you like catfish, find this food truck in Grapevine...

All around great food truck. Catfish tasted fresh and had a nice crisp corn meal crust, loved the stick hush puppies and the fries so fresh and nice crispness to them perfectly seasoned. Easy...
