The Briar Club

Briar Club is one of the leading recreational and social clubs in Central Texas. Member-owned and operated, Briar serves more than 2,000 families and individuals annually, and offers various programs, such as aquatics, fitness, tennis, children s programs, and cuisine services. A nonprofit club, it has been operational for more than 55 years. Spread on more than 50,000-sqaure-feet of space, the club s amenities include state-of-the-art fitness center, spa and massage parlor, reformer pilates studio, steam rooms, tennis courts, and heated family and more than six-lane lap pools. Its sports pavilion features basketball, volleyball, and covered sports area, and a complete pro shop. Designed by Kirksey architects, Briar employs Olympic athletes, motor skill professionals and trained sports trainers. Briar Club is located in Houston.
