God awful customer service. I went in there for a basic exam to get a new prescription on my contacts. I hesitantly agreed to try a new product they were pushing as opposed to the kind of contacts...

Great customer service. My son broke the plastic wire holding the lens on his frameless glasses, he did a walk-in at this location, they fixed his glasses right away at no cost.

My mother was in town and a screw fell out of her glass frame. The lady's at TSO we're so nice and the eye glass tech replaced the screw in about 2 minutes free of charge. Thank y'all for taking...
