Why did you choose to specialize in Gastroenterology?When I was an intern, I was exposed to new technology in this field. It was exciting to be able to look inside internal organs with scopes, and from that experience I decided that this is what I want to do.Do you have a specialty of interest within GI?Currently my main focus is colon cancer screening, but I am experienced in all aspects of this specialty.Where did you study?Medical School: King Edward Medical School in Pakistan, Internal Medicine training: College of Medicine and Dentistry, Gastroenterology training: University of Arkansas.What certifications do you hold?Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.What do you and your family enjoy doing in your spare time?I like traveling with my wife and friends.
