Dr. Ahmed’s educational background includes a General Surgery Residency at Helwan Medical Center in Cairo, Egypt, followed by an internship at Oregon Health and Science University. He then completed an Anesthesiology Residency and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship at the University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center. Furthering his expertise, Dr. Ahmed completed a Chronic Pain Medicine Fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University.
