Taste of Miami Catering is a full service restaurant and catering service, based in Arlington, TX. It is owned and operated by Chef Carline, a native of Miami, FL. Carline has cultivated the art of Authentic Caribbean cuisine through family recipes that have been passed down through the generations. ​ Our mission is to develop a one of a kind dining experience at each visit while delivering outstanding service and a personal ambiance derived from authentic Caribbean cuisine. Taste of Miami offers a unique collection of foods.
