Take 5? I pull up to an empty bay, only one other car in the next bay, the guy come up and says it's going to be 20 or 25 minutes then puts an orange cone in front of me and walks off.

Always short staffed and usually takes 20-30 mins per vehicle if you're lucky . take 5 is a misnomer!
