Run! This is a "face framing" hair cut my daughter got today. Took her to a real salon and they were able to correct the botched hair cut!!!! The lady didn't even know how to hold her sheers...

They tell you to make an appointment online, but then there really is no such thing as an appointment. When you arrive they tell you everyone is seen in the order they arrive (walk ins included)...

Why do online cut in when they take walk in before you even though you were In the lobby 10 min early and 10 mins before the walk in
