The customer service here is great and the facility is always clean and in order. The people in the office won't go above and beyond and our great communicating fees and going over the lease.

When I started renting this unit it was owned by a different company. Storage sense change their fees and raised the rate without any heads up. They are rude, unprofessional, and over priced!...
