This company's appraisers do not do a complete thorough job and mess up the entire process of closing or hold it up with their own errors. I would not recommend this appraisal company at all.

Would NOT recommend using this company. They take money from the customer and are VERY secretive about it. They are charging too much and not even owning up to it. DO NOT USE!

I would not recommend using this company for appraisals. I had an appraisal 15 days before my set closing date and I will not be able to close on set date because finance company has not recieved...

This appraisal company is is trash all the way around. They wanted additional money beyond what was originally quoted and then I was told that they can only release the appraisal to the client...
