Starbucks

Had a nice cup of joe when I first got into town. Nice seating area, and while my Versizon service was down, I needed a decent wifi and they came through.

When I got here, these people were already closed. They close rather early in the evening, at 9 PM. But, instead of being rude like the other STARBUCKS I visited later, these folks were polite...

They were extremely busy, but what Starbucks isn't? I've never tasted this exact one for the food so I won't make a comment on theirs. The staff members were peppy keeping a bounce in their steps...

Staff is rude and refuses to serve refills guaranteed for in store coffee. None of the other locations in town have this problem. Extremely dissatisfied with this atrocious "customer service"

Best Starbucks in San Angelo! The girls are so friendly there and always make everyone feel welcome.
