Horrible service, the kid at the window didn't know what he was doing. Made all our drinks wrong and left unhappy. Horrible experience, won't be going again. Very rude and unprofessional.

Had the venti Java chip Frappuccino with no whip cream and an affrogotto shot. The Associate was pleasant, friendly and very understanding. The ambiance was of a Seattle coffee shop

Rude service, slow service and then get your drink wrong frequently. I will make my coffee at home from now on
