Online orders aren't made until customer comes in. Stupid and defeats the purpose of online ordering. I shouldn't have to wait. Make the orders in the order the receipts come in. Embarrassing lol

6 people working in there 2 actually making drinks. Should NOT take 16 minutes to get an iced latte especially if you go INSIDE!!! This store is a mess. Starbucks does not need unions it needs...

Horrible experience at this Starbucks, waited 15 minutes for our drinks and on top of that the drinks had no caramel and no sugar.
