They don't respect your time . If you came on time, you will wait another 40 min at least. Place looks like out of management, very poor service. One star more than they deserve.

So bad, I switched haircut chains! DO NOT TRUST THE APP! I used the app to set an appointment on my way out of town. The app gave me a 50 min wait time. I arrived at the time it recommended...
