Shaved Ice Island started with a big island themed truck named Bubba! The brown guy that started it used to fall asleep all the time in Bubba because there were only a few customers each day. But slowly customers grew and grew.... Bubba is now used for catering and we have a trailer in front of Westgate Lanes bowling alley- 2701 W William Cannon Dr.
