Smooth check in. Amazing view that can't be beat. Can fish off of own balcony. There is a marina next to condos. They don't sell gas for your boats, weird considering it's a marina. You can rent...

Could improve ambient by eliminating the small roaches. Sinks and bathtubs need updating. They are in the process of renovation, can't wait to see what it will look like when they are done.
