Edit to add: I called the location and they offer pup cups! She could have rang me up for a pup cup. This was my second time trying Scooter's coffee. I have been a long time Starbucks customer....

The shock on my face after drinking some of this only to find this huge fly floating at the top. probably a one off but still disturbing nonetheless.
