Must be new ownership... staff is friendly, restaurant is clean, and food is always delicious!

I wanted to try something different and I was in the mood for a nice sandwich. I have never ordered from Schlotzsky before. I had no idea how to order. I looked at the menu and ordered a turkey...

This is the second time we have ordered through their drive through that we were told they did not have turkey or roast beef. Like how are they staying open! Corporate needs to be notified.

Wife must maintain a gluten-free diet after surviving cancer, last two times we ate there she's gotten sick. Either they're gluten-free menu is not authentic or cross-contamination is happening....
