Extremely rude staff. The manager laughed in my face when I complained about the rude front desk staff. Cancelled memberships for my dogs as well as their appointments and she continued to laugh...

The manager is an absolute joke!!!! They will harass you over a $45 membership fee... not even 1 week late and ask like they have no idea about anything when you call them because there isn't any...
