There is a spacious Common Room that guests are welcome to use with wet-bar and pool table. The Park Laundry facility has full sized coin operated washers and dryers. Four clean, well maintained, tiled showers, and toilet facilities are provided for your convenience and comfort. Rosewood Village RV Park is located in a nice central area between Magnolia and Plantersville allowing easy access to Houston and College Station, home of Texas A&M.
