History

As a Philadelphia native, I am proud to bring my Philly tradition to West Texas. Most of my years were spent working in mom and pop steak shops. I got a lot of practice in my younger years making the Philly. My husband, a Lubbock native and an Air Force vet met in New Jersey. Once he retired in 2009 we relocated back to Lubbock, Texas. It was then that I had the idea to start a Philly Steak business. In 2016, Ricchezza's Philly Cheesesteaks was born. If you want the real deal, come see us! I look forward to serving you!
