You never can pay it off early with saving interest charges. The charge is a fee. Misrepresented lied to. Law suit will be filed. Complaint made to the attorney general.

Tried paying off my loan in full, but they wouldn't let me online. They capped what I could pay and told me my payment wasn't due when I tried again. So of course they still added their interest...

Poor customer service, deceptive loan practices. There are many other places that are better than this save yourself some misery.
