History
We started out at Barton Creek Farmers Market in April of 2021. After one year at the farmers market we were able to make the jump into a food truck. We originally started the business, because no middle eastern restaurant in the area did justice to the cuisine. So we made it our goal to serve Austin, TX the best middle eastern food there is.
Specialties
Our food truck specializes in Authentic Jerusalem Street Food using our families 150 year old recipe. We have perfected the art of making Falafel and Shawirmah.
