I love staying here when I'm in Dallas, It's close to the airport , the rooms are clean the beds are comfortable! Staff is willing help whenever needed and always so friendly.

HORRIBLE PLACE!! Dangerously rotten steps, mold around toilet and tub, holes and wall patches everywhere, broken clock, Non-smoking room was heavily SMOKED IN! Dive is an understatement....

I am pissed right now. I was just awoken by someone banging on my door and then trying to pry it open right at 10:55 and I am flight crew and the front desk offers flight crew a check out at 4 pm...
