The wait was quick even without appointment. The phlebotomist Juana was great. She is very professional, kind, and encouraging. She should be recognized for her excellent work.

Why did I make an appointment?!? Made an appointment for a blood draw early in the morning....thry were late, and apparently it jappens often enough for them to put a sign on the door telling...

Bad service. This is how the nurse draw my blood. She took 2 time in my arm is worse.

Horrible. Rude. The tech could not have been worse. Will not go again! The tech talked my grand daughter like she was an adult.
