Absolutely awful. Not only was the staff disorganized and rude, the restrooms were dirty. When my husband was asked to leave a urine sample in the bathroom and "leave it in the basket", the basket...

My doctor faxed my lab orders in 3 times to the number provided by Quest but their fax number was not inputting my orders. They said it can take 10-30 minutes to receive a fax, It's been 45 min....
