Went in as a walk-in. Only waited a few minutes. Reason for low rating: phlebotomist does NOT know what she is doing. I have never lost this much blood doing lab work. The pain was horrible.

Scheduled an appointment online to get some hormonal blood work done. quest Diagnostics was on time, professional, and made my visit quick and easy. I will definitely go back for future labs.
