Our 25yo son (on the spectrum) does so well at Quest. They are so patient with him and Denise at the Arbook location is a rock star!

Went in to drop off a stool sample for my son. The employees were extremely rude and aggressive. Not only did they have an attitude with me, but with another patient who had difficulty speaking....

Attitude was disgustingly bad she would talk about this being her last patient of the job she kept talking about her not knowing anything about Texas as we were telling her a address she snatched...

Lab assistant gave me the wrong instructions for sample so I brought in the wrong amount, now I have to start over again. Wasted my time, should have given me the correct instruction.
