the insurance is mandatory, and its misleading. it also doesn't help that you dont ever talk to a human. # capslock

The only complaint that i have is that every time that i need to go to the office it's closed during business hours and they tell that they going to call you and they never call so frustrating!!

I hate the hours of operation, I work long hours and was trying to make it to unload from West Fort Worth which is a long as drive to Plano, made it there and hour before closing and if it wasn't...
