The mission of the company is the same now as it was then: to provide the best service and quality at an affordable price. Today, Dan Shine, nephew of Joe and Herman Willen, is the President and Mr. Shine's son, Danny Shine, is Vice President. Willen Electric Company employs a full time staff and they are able to quickly select additional employees to assist in completing any size job.
