My wife always uses this location when we ship something UPS. She says the people are friendly and helpful. She distinctly dislikes the 'The UPS Store' beside the Dollar Tree near Space Center...

These folks are great! This is a family-run business, and the couple at the counter always takes good care of our packages and envelopes. They also cut keys here, and I hardly ever have to wait....
