First time ever to Pollo Campero, and will not repeat. Went on Saturday at 12:30 pm via drive thru, not busy at all. Felt rushed, I ordered 3 piece with rice and dinner roll, but got broken pieces...

Workers are all just kids that don't know how to serve customers. They are always playing around and can't make food on time.

Had a craving for some empanads, and you can't best getting 3 and a side for under $8. I got plantains as a side they were sweet and cooked well. The empanadas are flavorful and perfect for a snack.

This place has deteriorated a lot, much better before. Food was bad, rice super dry and crunchy, Chicken is dry and cold. Service was slow. It took 30 minutes to get my food
