The man at front desk could be a bit nicer, and have better communication with guests instead of raising there voice at 7am because of an innocent accident. The room was clean but the bathroom...

Customer Service was terrible we were turned away when we were evacuated from our home due to Beryl. We have three elder dogs and booked with them online and they noted it and charged us extra....

I come here, sometimes 2x a month. I do this to escape abuse from my husband. I actually really really love the king room. i only came to this hotel bc i STAY in the room. EVERYTIME I arrive here...
