Planet Fitness withdrew funds from my checking account without authorization. I was later told it may have been due to a "system glitch," but that is not my problem. Internal errors do not justify...

Poor customer service and rude employees. If you have a choice for any other gyms in the area, I would suggest you do so.

A few weeks ago, an employee of the club, Jessica Vick, threw my water bottle into the trash as she said it was past closing time. I emptied a couple of trashcans to find and recover my bottle....
