Spoke with main petsmart grooming number to book an appointment for my cat. The instructions are quite clear that you have to have 48 hours to Rabies shot, no problem. But the lady I spoke said 24...

Customer service sucks. Front end people don't care about line control or directing/correcting aggressive, rude customers. I was yelled at by another customer and front end staff did nothing....

Made appointment for 12:30. 3:00 nothing. My poor dog sat in a kennel for over 2 hours for no reason. The old woman there asked if I understood what a block appointment was, I advised I was not...
