Please allow US to introduce YOU to OUR apartment community. We are an independent living community for seniors. AGE 62 and older. Rent is based upon 30% of adjusted monthly income. Annual income limits for individuals are $23.450 and $26.800 for couples. Residents are required to sign a twelve month lease. Utilities are included in the cost of rent with the exception of lights and TELEPHONE. PASADENA interfaith manor offers UP to five different apartment homes to FIT your needs. ALL are unfurnished giving the resident the opportunity to decorate according to their individual taste. Each apartment home offers a full kitchen furnished with a range. Oven. And refrigerator freezer. Carpeting. Full size closets. Which include a linen closet. And a handicapped accessible bathroom round OUT the list of provided amenities. Each apartment home is equipped with safety features. Including smoke detectors; emergency alarm pulls. And grabs bars in the BATHROOM.
