HistoryPropietor Melissa Hoekstra is the woman behind the beautiful store. She has always had an affinity for antiques, design and hospitality. She accredits her inspiration to both of her grandmothers who let her design freely in their homes as she was growing up. Named after them both, Melissa started James & Reid as a little pop up shop at an antique show in Round Top, TX in 2015. Since then J&R has evolved into a brick and mortar store in Woodway, TX where we help customers make their spaces personal and a place they are proud to call their own.SpecialtiesDesign showroom in Woodway, TX helping clients transform their space to fit their lifestyle and design aesthetic. We offer a wide variety of home decor lines, LEE Industries custom furniture as well as one-of-a-kind European antiques hand selected by proprietor Melissa Hoekstra.
