Not the best Papa John's, but they eventually get the job done. The app/tracker always tell me my food is ready when it's still baking and then I awkwardly have to stand waiting for them to...

Ordered for 5:30 delivery and never received so we called and there was no answer. Then we had to drive up to the store and they are very unorganized and overwhelmed. They apolo for not answering...

Just why? Is it not possible to cut this like a normal person? I've got slices that are 4 inches and others that are rectangular 3x8's. It's not a huge deal, but really?

Have contacted corporate for a refund and getting the ole run around saying they have forward the concern to local operator..... LoL.
