The new soufflés are so bad I miss the artichoke flavor one, for one thing, but also the new recipe is just awful. That was my favorite Panera item ever. It was the only reason I ever went....

Front door was still locked 20 minutes after they opened. Knocked for five minutes. It took 10 minutes to put my bagels in a bag after I ordered and then my order was wrong.
