Look. We like Panda Express. My wife insists they use less sugar & corn starch than traditional Chinese restaurants. So good food. Good service. Good value. Why 3 stars? No inside dining....

I've been to many panda expresses but this is the 2nd time this location didn't fill up the to go box for a large entree. I got a large orange chicken and they didn't even fill it 80% of the way....
